Directors and Officers Liability (D&O)

Directors and Officers Liability covers financial loss caused by members of Management Board (Board of Directors), resulting from improper management of the company. The cover indemnifies for financial loss which may arise from improper fulfilment of duties by the company's governing bodies (wrong decision) as well as from omission (failure to take a decision). This applies to both a violation of the generally applicable laws as well as a breach of the company's corporate charter.
