We try to “find a common denominator” for all offers so that it is possible to compare and evaluate them objectively (the comparison focuses on the value of the insurance premiums as well as the proposed insurance cover).

Based on our knowledge and experience, we try to clarify certain insurance complexities to make our clients aware of dangers ensuing from those provisions which cannot be excluded or limited. In the case of particularly unclear provisions, we request official interpretations from insurance companies. For instance, we will explain you how the sums insured for your property are determined, how insurance systems operate in non-life policies, what claims can be insured under third-party liability policies, how the so-called time triggers function in third-party liability policies. We will also describe how do the specific clauses and insurance riders tailored to your individual needs function.

 

• We apply for insurance

 

After you choose the best offer, we apply for insurance within the scope of your choice to the selected insurance companies, so that the policies can be made out. We check the application forms, policies and appendices on merits, and verify the compliance of the policies/insurance contracts with the application forms and offers. We assess the value of vehicles using the Info Ekspert application. When you conclude motor third-party liability policies, we will terminate the current policies with the current insurers for you.

 

• We manage your insurance contracts

 

We collect the documentation needed to take out the policy. The performance of your insurance contracts will be supervised. All policies, certificates, annexes, assignments, additional covers, etc. will be delivered to you. We monitor the policy expiry dates and premium payment dates. Our activities let your employees save time.

 

• We assist our clients in the claim adjustment process

 

We actively help with claim adjustments: we monitor the progress of the claim adjustment process and assist in collecting documentation required to adjust the claim. If necessary, we speed up the required damage surveys and calculations. We evaluate whether the appraisals are fair and the awarded damages reasonable. We appeal against unjust decisions of insurance companies.

 

• We give our clients access to the latest, dedicated IT tools

 

We maintain databases and reports which we make available to our clients. After receiving an individual password, you can log in to our system and receive up-to-date specific information.
